DTM Analyst
Under the direct supervision of the Manager of Drug Therapy Management (DTM) the DTM Analyst is responsible for developing testing and suggesting enhancements for DTM reports. The DTM Analyst is also responsible for ad-hoc report requests and data analysis functions in day-to-day operations of the DTM department. Provides input in identifying process improvement opportunities for workforce management efforts. Coordinates system troubleshooting efforts as needed to resolution including any escalation effort.
