Lynnhaven Mall is only about 10 minutes or so depending on traffic. Oceana is close too (yes....we do sometimes get jet noise). Apartment is offered for residential living purposes only. Remote employment working from home will be OK for a small increase in the rent. No pets whatsoever no smoking whatsoever by tenants or guests in the apartment or anywhere on our property. No alcohol abusers no illegal drugs or any other illegal activities. No waterbeds. One vehicle only. Street Parking. No vehicle oil fluid leaks. No extensive mechanical work to be done on premises.
