Candidates must have strong analytical skills and be familiar with the examination of overall loan documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance with Conventional FHA VA and USDA standards as well as current RESPA regulations and the ability to identify risk issues and or potential fraud. DE underwriting authority for FHA loans is required. A minimum of 3-5 years mortgage loan underwriting experience is necessary.
