Seeking cottage or carriage house - Price: between $1200-$1800

I am a responsible and maturewoman a retired clinical psychologist now volunteering part time as a Buddhist chaplain in hospices and in the County jail. I have been living for eleven years in a Buddhist Center in downtown Los Angeles and am now ready to return to the Westside and proximity to friends and especially to the ocean. I am a quiet and considerate neighbor I love to garden and am a good helper with others pets when they are on vacation.
