House mate wanted to live with me on the Golf Course in Blue Bel

I live in a gated community in a townhouse on the golf course in Blue Bell Country Club across from the Montgomery County Community College. I am a 65 year-old divorced female a teacher and an RN. I have two cats. I am looking for a reliable person to live here .... possibly a newly divorced female who needs a place or someone who works at the college. You would have the third floor to yourself and a full bathroom on the second floor. I have a laundry room deck with a grill a full kitchen and a great view. There is a pool here and a gym if you want to join and it s a great place to walk or relax. There is heat and A C and a total of 2.5 bathrooms. I am near two train stations to go to Philadelphia if needed. I included two photos of me and my two rescue cats. I hope you are interested.
