Crosswinds Condominiums in Lebanon TN is seeking candidates for the position of Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance and daily repairs under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. Crosswinds Condominiums has 194 units on-site and 25 off-site. Please review the following pre-requisites & essential job functions for this position. PRE-REQUISITES Excellent mechanical aptitude.
