I rent an apartment at Willowbrooke. It s three bedroom two full baths kitchen dining room and living room with fireplace plus a front porch where I feed the squirrels. It s located next door to Target and Publix and across the road from Lake Side Village. I need to move out of town on sudden notice and don t want to be left with the last three months of a lease. If you lease the apartment beginning April 1 I will pay you 500 on move in. The grounds here are beautifully kept. It s part of Oakbridge and there are lots of places to walk and bike ride. There is a large lot in front which is a great place to walk a dog or play with kids. There is a newly remodeled pool and weight room. There are two or three ponds. The place is very kid friendly. The elementary school is Dixieland which is an A school and ten minutes away. I prefer not to sublet although I will consider it upon proof that I won t get stiffed. There are three months on the lease. If you sublet I will still pay the 500 but I need two month s rent and my deposit of 700. Any deposit returned to me will be refunded to you. The rent above is my best estimate. I have a seven month lease so I pay extra. Pets are ok. Hurry. I need to get out of here
