Catering Sous Chef-excellent growth potential (Mineloa NY) We are currently accepting resumes for review for our unique catering facility located in Mineola NY. We specialize in high end receptions featuring a variety of ethnicities for venues all in 2 scratch kitchens of extremely high volume. Candidate will need to have -experience in high volume catering-4-6 million -ability to work overtime during peak seasons -ability to work both independently as well as with a team. -college education a plus -eager to take on responsibility and learn our large variety of menu items.
