The main entrance leading to the bachelor suite gives access to the bedroom living room space with laminated light color maple flooring and which entrance is enhanced by stained glass ornaments on either sides of the maple wooden door. The two other redwood French style doors give access to the bachelor suite through the kitchen dining room area and to a walk-in entrance area for guests visiting the bachelor apartment. This entrance area is located next to the bachelor s private washroom. The two French doors have been modified for added privacy with decorative designs installed on the glass of the doors but which allow the daylight coming from the exterior side door and window to brighten the suite living space. All interior doors giving access to the suite are secured and exit onto a large hallway giving the occupants of the bachelor readily access to the shared laundry facilities. ACCESS TO NATURE IN THE CITY OUTDOORS DECKS AND PRIVACY The backyard is shared with the tenants living in the 1700 square foot apartment of the house who have the exclusive right to use the upper wooden deck while the tenants of the bachelor suite have the exclusive right to use the lower level tile deck.
