PENN is dedicated to becoming the undisputed leader in guest service by offering a Red Carpet experience for each and every guest.Your daily responsibilities include Demonstrating outstanding internal and external service in accordance with Red Carpet Service program guidelines Providing general information about Hollywood Casino and answer inquiries from guests Retrieving table games ratings and utilize patron response functions Utilizing casino computer system to redeem star points for guests Assisting guests with special needs Communicating marketing program including star point value and issuance of promotional items Monitoring inventory of promotional items and notify the supervisor when it is necessary to reorder Making restaurant reservations and issues complimentaries when applicable Operating Coat Check Leading property tours as needed Attending departmental and company meetings as requiredTo be successful in this position it will require the following skill set Must be 18 years of age HS Degree or equivalent work experience related to the nature of the position Ability to read write comprehend and speak English Ability to perform basic mathematical operations such as addition subtraction multiplication and division Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest commissions and apply to practical situations using fractions percentages and problem solving Ability to understand and perform duties in accordance with Hollywood Casino Aurora Core Values Departmental property and company policies and standards Illinois Gaming Board requirements Sarbanes-Oxley Internal Controls Ability to stand for extended periods of time Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations including ability to push pull carry and lift up to 40 lbsSomething to leave you with If you re truly committed to a red-carpet service culture then you need a team that is just as dedicated in pursuing that vision.
