Finance Clerk - Kamloops - Job ID 1712 Position Overview Our client requires a Finance Clerk utilizing skills in Adagio AccPac Simply Accounting for an ongoing temporary assignment that can lead the right candidate to a full time opportunity soon after the year end in March 2013. Responsibilities You will be responsible to work on Adagio Payables Receivables GL Simply Accounting Payroll on Pay Direct Data Entry on Excel Spreadsheet Preparing month end financial reports Preparing all Government Remittances of WCB EI CPP and Revenue Canada Month ends are completed by the 15th of the following month for presentation to Management and the Board of Directors Requirements Working with an excellent staff and management you will have a flexible work week of Monday to Friday to start from 9 00am - 4 00pm and may turn into a four day week to be discussed. Adagio preferred or experience with AccPac and able to transfer skills to Adagio. As the client is changing their program from Adagio to Simply Accounting you should be comfortable working on both.
