All you have to do is get on board.Role Summary Reporting to the Program Manager the e-Procurement Administrator is responsible for the support and administration of Lawson M3 e-Procurement program across CHC entities. Work as part of the Indirect Supply Chain Management Team the e-Procurement Administrator will provide day-to-day support to the field staff where program is utilized and act as tier-1 support line for e-Procurement application. The e-Procurement Administrator will assist Strategic Sourcing Managers purchasing supervisor(s) and purchasers in their strategic sourcing assignments. He or She will play a key role to liaise between Indirect team Finance organization and CHC staff. He or She will be responsible to monitor the system and troubleshoot errors in liaise with IT team support users produce weekly and monthly reports perform training to the new staff and manage content of tables in e-Procurement application including suppliers agreements catalogs user profiles user roles finance related parameters etc.Key Functional Responsibilities Administer Lawson M3 e-Procurement application included but not limited to Procurement data cleanup and normalization Supplier contact communication and identify areas of automation and or improvement in supplier catalogs Supplier data management in Lawson M3 Finance and Lawson M3 e-Procurement including but not limited to addition deletion update and consolidation Agreement management and administration Catalog management and administration Manage user profiles roles and access levels Manage financial segments within the e-Procurement and maintain the pool of required dimensions for general ledger entries in e-Procurement application Manager and update commodity grouping and GL account assignment to each category and subcategory Monitor and respond to the requests submitted from CHC staff in daily basis and provide tier-2 support globally through phone chat or email communication (tier-1 support is provided by CHC Helpdesk) Assist with implementation of program in the new areas division including but not limited to planning data entry cleanup normalization content management and providing group and individual training Perform analysis of historical and future procurement volume as required for managing and updating supplier catalogs and liaise with Vendors and Internal Departments to ensure adequate contractual supply terms and continuous content management of suppliers data in e-Procurement application. This may involve periodically involvement with Strategic Sourcing Managers to consolidate category wise spend and shrink supplier base portfolio in e-Procurement to achieve departmental goals International travel may be required May perform other duties as assignedQualifications & Experience Bachelor s Degree required Completion of post secondary courses in Business Administration Supply Chain and Procurement Project Program Management and Computer Information System 3 years experience in data analysis using spreadsheets and relational databases working with pivot tables and preparation of management reporting 2 years experience in program administration communication with stakeholders team support with a very strong customer service mindset Must have Knowledge of Lawson M3 or similar financial management applications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (MS Word MS Excel and MS Access) Analytical thinker with strong detail orientation Able to think out of the box and provide creative problem sovling suggestions Ability to learn technical detailed procedures as required for this role Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Demonstrate a can-do attitude and possess a drive to succeed Good communication and customer service skills Willingness to work overtime as requiredPleaseapply ONLINE at www.chc.cato be considered for this position.
