Self Directed Services Family in need of a daily personal support staffer for a 26 year old adult disabled sonThe staffer will work (M-F 8am to 2pm 6 hrs per day 30 hrs per wk) with mileage reimbursement up to 65 miles a day. 52 cents a mile. This new hire will be transporting in their personal vehicle out into the community to places that will be developing community life skills volunteering community social skills (beyond family) and His staffer will give their undivided attention and will be with him at ALL times The staffer will be responsible for getting involved in the community and participating in community settings for the CDS hours. it will take some time to get accustomed to the routine but once the routine is established and we know what works he will love it and you will see such a difference in him. I need someone that is consistent reliable stable and outgoing but easy going (since he mimics and picks up on the moods of his staffer). and reliable transportation of their own.. This can be an absolutely fun job and great opportunity for the right person and it will make such a difference in him and the families life. Great position for someone who likes to be outside out in the community..
