POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for resolving research requests (CITS) to the cashiering department processing of Term Loan Modifications issuing check and wire disbursements to borrowers and third parties forwarding funds back to borrowers and new servicers. Responsible for all NSF reversal requests including follow up with recovery on paid in full loans and processing prior servicer reimbursement requests.
