360 Burger located in Antioch TN is expanding its operations and is actively seeking an individual to become out first chef kitchen manager. 360 Burger focuses on locally sourced products and sustainable agriculture. Our new menu features burger combinations featuring locally sourced grass fed beef and a variety of new menu items. We are looking for a self starter who has a passion for quality food and building a team. All levels of candidates will be considered whether you are an experienced chef or a recent culinary graduate we will train and assist. We offer a competitive starting salary with a benefit package that includes paid vacation and a bonus profit sharing program. Basic responsibilities are but limited to accomplishing kitchen human resource objectives by recruiting selecting orienting training assigning scheduling coaching counseling and enforcing policies and procedures. Other responsibilities will include ordering of product menu development inventories and controling all costs related to food and labor.
