Seeking Nanny for 2 Adorable Girls (West Hollywood)

We are looking for a full time nanny to work with our 2 sweet girls ages 19 months and almost 4 years. The 4-year-old is super verbal artistic and communicative. She is in school 3 full days a week and the job requires driving to pick her up (about 20 minutes each way) so our nanny will have to have her own safe reliable car able to fit 2 car seats (we will provide car seats). Our little one is adventurous hilarious and a real people person. We are looking for someone who will feel like a part of our family and be playful creative and nurturing to our kids. They both enjoy being out in the world - parks museums play dates - so our nanny should feel comfortable with that.We currently need roughly 50 hours a week from 8 30-6 30 M-F. There is some possibility that the little one will start school 3 days in January or February but if so we would still need at least 29 hours a week of care. We live in West Hollywood on a street with a small park easy walking distance to a large park and library and we have nanny-included memberships at a few different museums and the zoo. In addition to caring for the kids we will expect our nanny to keep the kids areas clean (although we also have a regular housekeeper) wash kids laundry and family sheets and towels keep track of kids needs (diapers snacks shampoo etc.) cook healthy dinner for them 2-3 nights a week keep kids toys and clothes organized and run occasional small errands like light grocery shopping or Target. We are a home with 2 working parents and are looking for someone who fits well with the easygoing nature of our family and makes everyone s day easier and more organized.We are looking to pay 15-17 per hour. We need someone to start no later than August 6 but could start as soon as next week.
