Tivoli Netcool Engineer - Compensation: $120-$125k/yr

Qualifications Must have an overall understanding and at least 8 years of experience with event management server monitoring and support skills. Strong experience in custom web based application design and integrations. Capabilities to design and develop custom software using PERL Cake PHP JavaScript CSS XML and HTML to support various internal requirements. Experience with installation configuration and support of various IBM Tivoli solutions such as Netcool OMNIbus Impact and IBM Tivoli Monitoring. 5 years of hands-on experience with Unix Linux administration required. Knowledge of other Unix systems and MS Windows very desirable. Advanced grasp of networking concepts including DNS resolution VIPs and TCP IP communication. Experience with installing configuring and troubleshooting apache on Linux UNIX systems Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience in the field.
