We will use snap traps for rodents and live cage traps for urban wildlife placed in the proper locations to optimize our chances of ridding your home of these unwanted guests. Step 3. Exclusion. We will seal the openings where the pests are entering the home. Most of our exclusion work is completed with heavy gauge screen and screws not staples to minimize the possibility of re-entry into the home. Step 4. Warranty. At Modern Pest Control we guarantee our work. If the holes we seal are re-opened by pests we will come back free of charge to re-seal the holes. Warranty period limited to terms agreed upon at commencement of work.
