Role Player Positions Available July 1st-23rd Valbin Corporation is hiring Opposing Force (OPFOR) role-players for the Army National Guard XCTC 1303 at Fort McCoy WI for the month of July 2013. Role play requires personnel to act as enemy combatants in section platoon and company maneuvers for training support. The first day of work is July 1st and hiring interviews begin June 24th through 29th. You must be hired by June 29th to qualify Job Requirements - High school Diploma or GED - Prior Military Service or Law Enforcement personnel preferred - Infantry scout Armor and or combat engineers a plus - Able to carry crew served weapons - Able to dig hasty fighting positions - Must be capable of moving through rough terrain and walking up to two miles carrying weapons and equipment. - Standing for long periods of time (up to 12 hours) kneeling crawling and lying in prone position for extended periods of time. Able to move from prone to standing position without any assistance. - Able to follow orders work in a team environment be on time neat in appearance and enthusiastic. - Able to pass a background check and drug screen. - Valid Drivers license Clean Motor Vehicle Record. - Must be eligible to work in the US. and over the age of 21 ( to handle firearms) Pay Rate 15.56 for first 40 hours ( 11.85 hour rate 3.71 Health and Welfare).
