Lorraine Gregory Corporation specifically the Lorraine Gregory Communications Group is seeking an experienced marketing executive with a well rounded background to manage the Marketing Public Relations efforts of the company and clients. The lions share of the rebranding effort has already been completed and the company is poised to exploit the our new corporate persona. You must be well organized have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural inclination to be creative and entrepreneurial. You will have the opportunity to build a robust department and have a significant impact on the continued growth of a fast-paced first-rate company. Responsibilities - Corporate Manage and oversee marketing function including coordinating and conducting regular campaigns aimed at client prospects. Identify potential clients and pursue new business. Identify methods to drive brand awareness. Develop and execute marketing plan and manage marketing budget. Create marketing goals for the company analyze and report on marketing sales and business development activities and results. Oversee company public relations efforts and media contacts. Plan implement and track marketing events including speaking events and media appearances. Oversee the development and content delivery of all web-based communications including online newsletters social media podcasts and websites. Manage creation and updates of all corporate communications. Identify new opportunities and relationships with online and offline partners. Identify strategic initiatives for the long term future growth of the company. Assist with hiring activities where necessary. Responsibilities Client Based Interact with prospective clients to establish goals and manage expectations. Oversee research for marketing plans. Create effective plans for clients including media contacts and press releases. Create proposals and budgets for clients. Analyze and revise ongoing client efforts as necessary to produce results. Manage account budgets to assure profitability. Desired Qualifications Skills & Experience Bachelor s degree required MBA a plus. Experience in B2B and B2C services. Ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Entrepreneurial thinker. Creative and innovative problem solver. Strong positive leadership. Work well independently or lead a team. 5 years in a marketing PR advertising environment. 3 years in a management executive capacity.
