We provide solutions and expertise in Corporate IT infrastructure storage and virtualization technology to some of Canada s largest companies. We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team at our main office in Calgary. The successful candidate will be detailed-oriented self-motivated and with a willingness to learn new technologies. 2-3 years of inside sales experience is preferred.Key Responsibilities Preparation of quotes and estimates Negotiating pricing and assisting in configurations Order processing and fulfillment including tracking and follow-through to completion Client communication related to timeline and service expectancy Researching new existing products and technologies as requested Managing renewals licensing agreements and registrations Managing client and vendor relationshipsJob Requirements Self-motivated and a high-level attention to detail Excellent organization and prioritization skills Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Familiarity with MS Dynamics CRM preferred High-level of professional communication skills with strong focus on customer service Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines Industry knowledge is an asset Previous experience in a similar role will be seriously consideredApply NowCompany
