Receptionist with Simply & AccPac background - Job ID 1777 - Kamloops Position Overview Our client is seeking a Receptionist with AccPac background to assist their Management team s day to day operations. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and able to work in a team environment. This is an on-going as-needed part time position. You will be required to work Tuesday s and Thursday s from 10 00 am to 3 00 pm. Responsibilities Main Responsibilities include Handling a payable entries Job costing Assisting the secretary in her day to day work Answering phone calls and other reception duties as required. Requirements You must have the Skills Abilities Personality Dress and Attitude to work in a Multi-level environment. Strong command in all office procedures including bookkeeping using Simply Accounting and AccPac . Having a tough skin would be ideal for this position. At least 1 year of experience working on AccPac and comfortable using the same.
