Ginza Japanese Restaurant in Penticton BC is looking for two qualified Japanese food cooks. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial food cooking is required Completion of high school education is required Basic English speaking is required Positions Available 2 Wage C 15 hour Working Hours 40 hours week (Full-time Permanent) Benefit 10 days of paid vacation per year or 4% of vacation pay Job Duties - Prepare and cook Japanese traditional and trendy fusion cuisine including Donburi Tempura and Teriyaki etc. - Determine size of food portions and present foods - Store ingredients and raw materials on proper temperature - Control inventory and maintain work area clean - Train and supervise kitchen staff Please send your resume via email at dskrinc(at)gmail.com.
