Immediate Openings for Call Center Customer Service Reps 12 hr. Kelly Services is searching for Customer Service Representatives to work at one of our premier clients in Kettering Ohio We have an immediate need to fill these positions and will work hard on your behalf to get you working by October 10 2016 This is a call center role and experience in a call center is preferred however you will be eligible if you have face-to-face customer service skills as well. Qualified applicants must be able to communicate effectively problem-solve efficiently and must have a pleasant and professional telephone demeanor. Qualified applicants must also be willing and able to handle customer inquiries and escalations on credit card accounts. This position will last approximately two (2) months and will pay 12 hr PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A VIRTUAL WORK AT HOME OPPORTUNITY. You are required to commute to and from Kettering Ohio.Interested candidates MUST be able to train on 1st shift (9 00 AM 6 00 PM) and must be flexible to work 1st 2nd or 3rd shifts right now as you will not be assigned a schedule until we get closer to the completion of the onboarding process. You must also be free to work 1 day out of the weekend (including Sunday) and any holiday that may come up during the entirety of this assignment. If you have pre-planned vacations or schedule restrictions (limited availability) this may not be the position for you.
