Roomate Wanted

I am looking for a preferably a male roomate but would be fine with a female one in the ages between 20-27. I have a spare room that is 11 and a half by 15 foot room. You can look at the full layout if you go on Highpoint by Boadmore and select the 2 beedroom layout. You will have your own bathroom and shower. I live with one cat and a German Shepherd mix dog who is two and a half years old and weighs around 100lb. He is friendly but a meet and greet will be necesarry. The apartment comes with a full sized washer and drier and a dishwasher in the kitchen. It is also fully furnised and decorated expept for the spare room which you can decorate however you wish. I do have a spare full sized matress and bedframe if needed. I am a clean person and like the common areas to be clean. If you are a dirty person keep it in your room and just shut the door. I am a nursing student so I am busy most days and in my free time I play video games and walk my dog. I am a pretty laied back person if you are clean and a nice person we wont have any problems I have no problem with company over but if its starting to get late just keep it as quiet as you can.
