Why spend 25 000 (or more ) on a Honda Gold Wing trike when you can spend less than half that on a Honda 1300VTX trike. It was converted at a Honda dealership so it was done correctly. The bike has less than 9 000 miles and from personal experience it is a head turner because of the Uranium Green color. The chrome is shiny the seat is custom and there is ample storage. This is a great road trike because of the independent rear suspension (superior ride) and the extended fork (superior handling). In 2014 I rode this trike for a 10 day ride from Columbus Ohio to Kincardin Ontario to Timmons Ontario to Niagara Falls Ontario and back to Columbus and I had no issues. In 2015 I rode it over Memorial Day weekend down through West Virginia and Kentucky on a Hatfield -- McCoy Trail ride and I had no issues. It handled and rode well. Mid Ohio Suzuki in Mount Vernon gave me an appraisal on 6 5 2015. They are one of the few dealerships in central Ohio who do trike conversions. The owner said it was in excellent condition and that I should advertise it for 14 995. (Sounds like a salesman with that kind of price ) Then he offered me 11 500 - 12 000 for it. Knowing that his offer was to allow him a profit in the resale of it I suspect that he would advertise it for something around 14 000 to 14 500.
