I am in the military (male 32) and I keep a very clean home. I am willing to consider pets and Im not opposed to having gatherings within reason. I have a dog and one room mate (Male 37 Carpenter). My children will be staying with me on occasion so I will need to do a background check. Even after move-in if I am away on travel there will be a trusted agent who has a key and will check on the home at random intervals. The home is partially furnished and can support your own furniture as well. I also have three references. Please contact me and I will provide information for you to contact them. Pros -Beautiful home as long as Im not on travel I will do my best to take care of landscaping and other maintenance needs. -Access to kitchen mud room family room screened in porch garage and shop. Shop has plenty of room to work on your car or other project workout equipment spare room some storage and entertainment center. (Great for outdoor gatherings) If you intend to work on your vehicle I prefer if you use your own tools. -12 acres of land hunting target practice camping bonfires (cinder-block fire pit already available) -Pets considered -Willing to come to a reasonable agreement on rent and utilities. I may consider not charging for utilities at all based upon our agreement. -The only utilities are electricity and propane -There is no trash service I have to take trash to the local fill. Cons -The home is 4 bedrooms I have one and occasionally my children will be here too and I have one room mate. -The bedroom for rent does not have a bathroom in it. There is one in the hall. That being said there is another bathroom with a shower but it is not close to the bedrooms. -For most people this will be a commute -I am a cigar smoker but I do not smoke in the house. -No smoking in the house -If Im gone you will have to take your trash to the local fill.
