I am an extremely experienced and creative chef who has been cooking professionally for 35 years . As a culinary school graduate in the 80 s followed by owner of Onion Alley restaurant in Westport and Wild Scallion in Norwalk for 17 years as well as caterer for intimate 10 guest dinner parties to events for hundreds as well as Victor Borges personal chef just to name one of a few that I cooked for as a personal chef . I am looking to be a private chef for the right family of 2 to 10 on a regular basis . I can make your favorites whether it is vegetarian kosher traditional or any ethnicity of food you love ... I am comfortable cooking absolutely anything I can sop prepare organize your pantry to make sense as well as clean up after every production .
