Greetings I am a nationally certified personal trainer as well as a graduate from Grand Valley State University with an Exercise Science degree. Come visit my new personal training studio at th St SE. I am offering free fitness assessments (worth ) for the 1st people who contact me. My services as a trainer also include in home training group training and small classes. I also provide fitness and nutrition plans. I have worked with all ages from teenagers to seniors. My programs are adjustable for those who desire w loss strength training athletic improvement and also adjustable to those with disabilities.
