A WORK IN PROGRESS 3 years old 13 lbs. I m Willie a darling little guy who is looking for an all adult home with a very dog experienced family who will work with me regularly on behavioral training. I m silly fun affectionate and have good house manners however I do come with some significant training needs. I need to learn that the people are always in charge. Not that I misbehave much but I have a hard time taking correction and I will use my teeth to get my way. I must un-learn that behavior. My first response is to bite even though I really love you. I m making progress in my foster home and they have learned some techniques that work with me I m also on medication to help relax my mind a bit. I d be best as an only dog as my initial reaction to other pets is aggression. After I know them well I can get along with some dogs but not all dogs but I have been very good with the family kitty who walks right up to me confidently and rubs on me regularly. I like to play with soft stuffing-less toys as well as chew on Antler bones and I enjoy some tummy rubs after I know you well. I like walks and my foster mom makes me walk next to her never in front. I sleep well in my kennel and am not allowed on the bed for leadership reasons. Overall I m a sweet and playful little dog that needs continued training and a very dog savvy calm home without a lot of people coming and going Energy level 4 6. I m current on vaccinations neutered and my adoption fee is 195.00.
