Condition This motorhome is in very good condition for it s age. There are no leaks or any signs of leaks in the past. The roof has been well maintenance and looks in very good shape. Everything is in working condition. There may be light blemishes that can t be seen in pictures. No foul smells smoke smells or pet smells detected. There is a small oil leak. The front dash A C needs to be recharged. Gear L has been out since before I acquired it. Front tires have excellent tread back tires have less tread but still lots of life left. This motorhome was brought to me in April since it s been in my care. I have used this camper through out the summer with a family of 6. We have had no issues and were very surprised on how much can be packed in this coach. the gas millage ranged from 13-16mpg very comfortable roomy and easy to drive and park. It can sleep 4-6 comfortably depending on size. I have replaced the refrigerator generator air conditioner (top & bottom unit) toilet overhead lights and microwave.
