We don t know much about her first few months but Sashy came to the shelter a very skinny little girl. Fortunately with some good food and attention she quickly blossomed putting on 7 lbs in one month Now she s ready to leave the shelter behind and find a home of her own. Who is going to the lucky person or family to share their home with this adorable little girl Being a youngster Sashy is likely to be a little bundle of energy. She will need daily exercise and socialization to help her stay healthy and happy. Puppies need to learn not only that it s a big world out there but also that it can be a really fun and exciting place filled with new things to do and see every day. Beagles tend to me friendly and mellow so Sashy s new family will quickly discover they have the dog that everyone walking by wants to meet. How could anyone resist that cute little face Sashy is not old enough to have had all of her vaccines. It will be your responsibility as the adopter to ensure that the remaining puppy vaccines are given at the appropriate time. Please also keep in mind that until your puppy is fully vaccinated she is at greater risk for illness than an adult dog. Like most puppies Sashy will need to work on her housetraining. Sashy will also need to go to obedience school so she can grow into a well-socialized dog Sashy gets along fine with other dogs but has not yet been tested with cats or children.Apartment and condo dwellers should be aware that some (but not all) Beagles can be a bit loud. The adoption fee for this dog is 400 which includes the cost of routine vetting and transport from the shelter.
