Cab 4WD EXTENDED CAB PICKUP 4-DR 6.0L V8 OHV 16V.This vehicle is a 2006 GMC Sierra 2500HD SL Ext. Cab 4WD EXTENDED CAB PICKUP 4-DR 6.0L V8 OHV 16V. This vehicle was used by our Public Works Engineering department as a front line pavement inspection vehicle for 6 years and then by our Parks Department Public Golf Course for about 4 years. It was used for a significant amount of snow plowing every year since it was purchased new by the city. This vehicle has 69 407 miles on it. The engine runs well and its exterior is in normal condition for its age and use plowing streets with salt applied to them. The vehicle is not in good operating condition as it often stalls when being shifted from drive to park and then to reverse. There is a tool box included as shown. There is also a 7 6 Boss straight blade snow plow with controls and hydraulic mount included as shown in pictures.This vehicle probably needs to be towed by the winning bidder. It does not stay running reliably and we do not allow in place repairs to be made on our premises by the buyer.This vehicle was serviced by the City maintenance facility every 3000 miles. Service records are available upon request. Prospective bidders are welcomed to inspect or have a mechanic inspect this vehicle prior to bidding.The interior is in poor condition. There is wear and tears on the upholstery but the rear seats are in fairly good condition. The driver seat and front passenger seat are power adjust. The heat air-conditioning seemed to be functioning when last used. It has stock AM FM tuner and tape CD player with power windows and door locks. The functional status of the cruise control is unknown.The exterior of the vehicle appears to be in fair condition. There are few noticeable dings. All decals and markings have been removed and they have not left marks or any noteworthy defects on the exterior. The snow plow was functioning when last used this past winter.
