Do you suffer from stress anxiety depression PTSD substance abuse or another mental disorder Often times the love of our furry friends can do for us what medication alone could not. As clinical psychologist I often prescribe my animal loving patients an emotional support animal to accompany them at all times including restaurants cabins of air planes public places and apartments that do not normally allow their animals. This has proven very effective in my patient s treatment program and has help the patient and animal alike. The process is a 90 minute biosocial assessment whereas we determine if the applicant meets the qualifications for a positive diagnosis. we will then prescribe their animal as an emotional support or therapy animal to be with them at all times. The fee for the assessment treatment plan and prescription is 185.00 and is done first come first serve basis. We are licensed throughout the state of Florida and are an approved TeleHealth provider for those who live outside of the central Florida area where our office is located. We are able to provide the session right from the convenience of the patients home or office through a HIPPA complaint video portal.
