I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Vista CA. I have lived here for 20 yrs now and really love my place. My current roommate is leaving so I am looking for a new roommate to share the apartment with me. Even though I love cats & dogs the complex does not allow any pets and we also a smoke free complex. The community offers a pool spa and two on site laundry rooms. In addition to your own bedroom you would also have your own bathroom and use of the common areas (kitchen & living room).Rent is 750.00 plus electricity and a deposit of 150.00. You will have access to cable and internet service. I am an easy going person and kind hearted. I just want a person that mature responsible and will respect my privacy as I will respect theirs.
