Has less than 200 miles on it. No pets. the couch bed was never used. the tv and dvd surround is new. this unit is fully stocked with everything you ever need. You need to buy pillows and blankets. You will never find a unit like this because they don t make them like they use to. Who ever buys this unit I will be buying 8 brand new tires and then it will go to a trailer repair place to get the brake system looked at if anything is wrong it will be fixed. Meaning you will have a worry free unit. Lets say i f you need a tool its there you need to take the weight off the springs it there .
