Retired couple with a disability that now prevents use of the RV. Blue Ox towing system included with the RV. The RV has 1 slide out in living room area newer 3 energy source Norcold refrigerator. Generator has less than 200 hours on it. Brand new tires all around on the RV. Lots of storage. Built on a Ford chassis with a V10 gas motor. Good mpg.Owner also has a brand new 40 foot RV storage shelter that can be bought for 2 800. The shelter is not included in the package price. Purchased new for 3 600 just months ago and paid 1 500 for assembly. Has not had long enough to even park the RV in it. Buyer will need to disassemble.
