Nickname Smidget Posted Breed Poodle (Mini) (medium coat). PLEASE READ Smidget is 1 of dogs rescued in the recent puppy mill bust in Cabarrus County. She is estimated to be around five years of age. She is very small weighing in at 4 pounds. Living in a cage her whole life has taken it s toll and she is my most damaged in this group. Smidget has not known love or human touch. She cowers when you come for her but is not aggressive in any way. Once she is picked up and placed in your lap she relaxes and curls up for a snooze. Due to her captivity when excited or nervous she will twirl in circles. She is not used to space and her comfort zone is still in tight spaces. She is learning what love is and thankfully the twirling is lessening with a little coaxing on our part. That being said Smidgen is a love. She is a sweet girl who s eyes break your heart a little. She will thrive best in a home that has little to no commotion. She needs peace and quiet and time to embrace her new freedoms....
