Fully functional and restored interior with new AC hardwood (lightweight laminate) floors custom black out curtains custom countertops (kitchen and bathroom) custom sink working 8-Track with 8-tracks included sound system new water heater and custom Georgia reclaimed wood cabinetry. The shell is in very sound condition with new tires purchased recently. The outside is in good condition but ready for a wash and spit shine ) We recently made a nationwide trip in the trailer after having all of the upgrades done by a professional home remodeler. Due to an upcoming move we won t be able to take this beloved trailer with us but are hoping to help find it new owners ready for their own adventure ). Fully functional kitchen (oven and stove top). Fully functional bathroom with clean water holding tank and new water pump for dry camping. Extended power cord and adapter for 30 and 50 amp hookups. Not pictured Propane tanks included. We modified the hookups so that regular propane tanks can be hooked up to make refills easier. Also not pictured Propane cover functional but may want to be replaced for aesthetic purpose as it was bent when put in storage.
