Meet Effie The last to be saved during our 2016 Operation Shelter pull. This beautiful girl stole all of our hearts She came out with a smile that melted all of our hearts and that one blue eye is just stunning. Poor girl was so dirty her gorgeous coat was yellow She clearly belonged to someone at some point but they obviously didn t care for her the way a girl should be cared for. Effie is a big girl who likes to be in charge. She s a mature girl maybe 4 years old or so.
