Motel Manager Terms of Employment -Position Motel Manager-Vacancy 1-Work Hours 6 8 hours per day or 30 40 hours per week (Full-time) Permanent-Wage 25.00 27.00 per hour (depending on experience)-Benefit 10 days paid vacation per year Job Duties -Develop implement and evaluate policies and procedures for the daily operation of the motel-Address customers complaints or concerns-Coordinate front-desk activities and resolve problems.-Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses-Prepare marking plans and promotional strategies-Negotiate with the suppliers and service providers for the provision of materials and supplies-oversee Staff training and set work schedules-Assist clent guests with special needs.
