Supervise and report workers performance. Provide reports on worker quality and task efficiency Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers while they perform duties such as spray twist and prune picking packing and so forth Establish work schedules and procedure Co-ordinate activities with other work units Resolve work-related issues and problems Prepare and submit progress and relative reports Train workers in job duties such as twist and prune picking packing and company policies Requisition supplies and materials Competent with integrated pest management compliance May be required to perform the same duties as workers supervised. 2 years experience per the above preferred Please note Wages are based upon an hourly rate plus benefits Initial wage may be probationary Salary 23.08 Hourly Job Type Full-Time Permanent Language English Start Date of Employment (Approx.)
