Free puppy wanted

Looking for a free puppy. Lost my chow chow a year and a half ago after having her from age 7 weeks to age 15 years old. Myself and my home are ready to give our love to a new puppy. My housing rules only allow for a small to medium breed. Cannot be a Rottweiler pit bull or any large breed dog. My requirements the puppy does not need to be a pure bred can be a mix love them all the same. Would even be willing to travel reasonable distance to get it.
