Hello I m moving and will be needing someone to take over my room in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Ames IA. The rent is 505 plus around 60 in utilities (water electric) per month. The unit is located on the ground floor of the apartment building. Access to the apartment building is restricted for extra security. To enter the building one has to enter the password or have the appropriate key. Overall this helps to keep the area and apartment very quiet. It is ideal for a student that has to study a lot or someone who enjoys peace and quiet. In the apartment unit you would have your own unfurnished bedroom and bathroom (shower bath). Internet (20 Mbps) and TV (Mediacom) is free. To access the internet you would have have to enter the wifi information or plug into the wall with an ethernet cord. Television works in a similar fashion but with different cords being required. For laundry there is a washer dryer next to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven stove and dishwasher. If you have a car there is a parking lot located outside the apartment complex. If not CyRide is available and within a 5min walk of the apartment.You will be sharing the apartment with an undergrad student. She does have a cat in the apartment so you would have to be okay with that. He is an older cat who mostly keeps to himself.If you have any questions feel free to ask.
