Rover Cleveland was surrendered to local animal control after he was likely hit by a car. He had a lot of scrapes and scratches on his rear legs and his left rear leg was broken just above the knee. After 2 surgeries and over 2 months later his leg is finally healed. He runs and plays and enjoys life like he should He likes other dogs and gets along fine with cats.
