This post is for a 14 x70 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Singlewide mobile home just east of St. Stephen SC. It has recently been remodeled and comes fully furnished. Just bring your own TV Computer and any of your other electronic devices as well as your clothes a few extra towels and a changing of bed linen and you are all set. This home comes complete with all major appliances including a washer and dryer and some small appliances such as a microwave oven toaster blender coffee maker crockpot and other items such as dishes pots and pans silverware Kitchen utensils pot holders dish cloths trash cans towels one set of bedding and pillows for each bedroom plants candles pictures clocks calendars clock-radio and a few other items that make this place a home. The Master Bedroom has a walk-in closet with plenty of room for storage a ceiling fan and a new window heat & air unit a full size bed chest of drawers night stand built-in vanity lamp clock radio pictures and candles. Both Bathrooms come complete with shower curtain rugs and matching towel sets. There is also a window AC unit in the Living Room and an electric fireplace. The other bedroom also has a window AC unit and a portable space heater as well as a bed chest of drawers mirror desk desk chair night stand lamp clock radio and pictures. The home also has new laminate floors throughout and new cordless mini-blinds and curtains on every window. There is a breakfast bar with bar stools and table with four chairs in the Kitchen as well as a black refrigerator stove top built-in oven and dishwasher (that doesn t work). The Living Room has a couch arm chair end tables coffee table TVstand built-in book shelves plant stand two lamps mirrors pictures and candles.This place would be ideal for newly weds just starting out senior citizens that are tired of living with their children people going through a divorce and need a separate place to live people just coming into this country construction workers that move around between jobs single people moving out of Mom & Dad s house or burn-out victims. I do not discriminate but I do check criminal records and sex offender records on all perspective tenants over the age of 18 years. I charge an application fee of 35.00 per adult and a Security Deposit of 800 up front. The monthly rent is 800 and will be prorated from the date the Lease is signed until the end of the month. Rent will be due on the first of each month and a 10% late charge will apply if not paid by the 5th of each month. I prefer non-smokers with no pets. If you have your own furniture and appliances then this place is not for you. I will not move my stuff out so you can move yours in so please don t ask. I also do not allow smoking inside the home.
