The 450 Chevy provides excellent power on hills or for towing. Once you are parked you can quickly level the unit from inside the vehicle with the four hydraulic jacks. Sleeps 5 with a rear walk around queen bed and two fold down couch beds in the front. The heater and upper A C are both excellent and provide plenty of comfort. The Onan Emerald Plus 4000 Generator was the best you could buy in 1994 and only has 393 hours on it. Three new batteries and a new radiator have been recently installed. Outside there is bright new paint on the outside original striping. The three pairs of tires have 30K(outside rear) 10K (inside rear) and new (front). Paperwork on repairs and maintenance available.
