Looking for free puppy (las Vegas only)

Hi I was wondering if anyone is willing to give away a puppy I work part time and have bills to pay including 300 for a pet deposit an pet rent every month so trying to buy a puppy on top of that is hard. I can take care of a puppy and I have what I need here already. My apartments have breed restrictions so small dogs are best like shih tzu maltese poodles jack russle yorkie.
