Dental Hygiene Student Looking for Boards Patients-See if you qualify for a FREE TEETH CLEANING When July 6th - August 8th 2016 1-5pm each day Where Fortis College 555 N 18th St Unit 110 Phoenix AZ 85006 United States What A free one hour screening exam will be conducted by dental hygiene students to assess if you qualify to be a patient for our Boards exam. If you qualify you will receive a FREE cleaning and dental X-rays worth approximately 1 100 if done in a private practice office. Requirements Must be 18 years or older Must have at least 24 teeth including the back molar teeth NO major medical problems Must be able to sit for a 4 hour period of time Must be available 10 28 2016 10 31 2016 Friday Monday for our boards exam (date and time have not been set but this is the weekend that they will be holding the exam) Looking for patients who either have not had a cleaning in a few years or who have been told that they need a deep cleaning .
