Up for grabs is a lovely 13 by 13 ft room with two large windows closet access to kitchen living room carport large shed in back laundry on site and large fenced in yard available for rent in Cherrydale right off St Park rd. Only 10 minutes from downtown Greenville. House currently has myself fiance one other roommate. Been here about six years and we look out for each other like family. We love cooking and netflix mostly keep to ourselves.Pets are welcome with the exception of cats (due to allergies).What you will be paying is a third of the household which is only 325 a month utilities (internet power water trash pick-up) included. 200 deposit refundable with a 1 month move out notice. Only requirements are a steady job your own transportation and at least 6 months drug free.Looking to fill the room ASAP
